Setting goals in any arena of life presents its own set of challenges. Along with the potential of success, you also open yourself up to possibilities of not reaching the goal in mind. Athletes exhaust every from of training available to prepare their bodies for a test. Not only is it a test of their body, but also a test of their mind.
