Kendall Swanson
Athletics has always been a priority for Kendall. After competing in swimming for 15 years, Kendall decided to give CrossFit a try. She was looking for accountability in her workout routine and found that at CFV! Having received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Kendall is excited to share her knowledge and build an environment where members can build skills, habits, and lasting friendships!

Tami Lehrman
Being a 3-sport athlete growing up, Tami has always been interested in health and fitness. After completing her degree in Kinesiology, she was soon introduced to CrossFit. Four years later, Tami has dedicated her life to performance and guiding others on their own individual journey towards better health and fitness. Tami takes a great deal of joy in seeing members reach their goals and continue to strive for more!

Jessica Okalnd
Growing up, Jessica has always had a very active lifestyle. After school, work, and “life” began to take the place of sports, she and her husband decided to try CrossFit. Originally Jessica began CrossFit to build a healthier lifestyle for herself, and over three years later, she had begun devoting her time to helping others do the same. Jessica loves that the Lord has given her an opportunity to share her knowledge with those that walk in our doors!

Prentice Rios
Being an athlete has always been part of Prentices’ identity. Playing multiple sports growing up and playing baseball in college, Prentice has placed a high value on fitness. CrossFit brought a brand new aspect of fitness into his life, revealing opportunities to continue to improve and challenge himself. Prentice has not only dedicated himself to reaching a higher level of health and performance, but loves to guide others along their fitness journey as well.

Josh Lehrman
Josh grew up outdoors riding dirt bikes, hunting, and fishing. He was tired of being ‘skinny’ so he thought he would give CrossFit a try. Josh has been hooked ever since and loves the challenge CrossFit provides! He lives a life to reflect Christ in all he does and is reminded of the sacrifice Christ made for us every time he begins to ‘suffer’ in a workout.

Alicia Cleveland
Alicia has participated in competitive sports for 17 years. Once she completed her collegiate swimming career and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Alicia needed to find something to replace her regular fitness routine. Being a swim coach for many years, encouragement and guidance through workouts comes naturally. She thrives to provide an environment where people feel comfortable and able to test themselves. Alicia loves to deeply know people, and as a CrossFit coach she has the opportunity to do that every day!

Martin Garcia
Martin has been involved in athletics his entire life participating in boxing, soccer, basketball, baseball, and football. Into adulthood, he tried many different workout programs to maintain his fitness but repeatedly felt like they became mundane. Martin was first introduced to CrossFit about 4 years ago when he was invited to drop in at CrossFit Parabellum in Turlock, CA. CrossFit has dramatically shifted Martin’s life, enabling him to be a more active and engaged dad as he keeps up with his three sons. He hopes to walk alongside our members as they work towards building healthy lifestyles.
